 At Parker Colvin Computer Repair, your trust is our top priority. That’s why we believe in being completely transparent about the tools we use to provide high-quality, efficient service.

One such tool is Pulseway, a secure remote monitoring and management platform. We only install Pulseway on a customer’s device under two specific conditions:

1. With Customer Consent – You’ll always be informed before it’s installed.
    
2. For Customers Who Request or Pay for Remote Support – This includes:
    
   • Yearly remote assistance subscribers
      
   • One-time requests for help setting up remote access (such as assistance over the phone)
      

Pulseway is not a spy tool. It’s not used to secretly access or monitor your device. We do not—and will not—use it to snoop on your files, track your activity, or do anything without your knowledge. Think of it like a secure bridge that you allow us to use when you need a hand—from updating software to fixing a glitch remotely.

You’re always in control of your remote support access. If Pulseway is installed on your system:

• You’ll find its icon in your system tray (the toolbar near your clock).
   
• From there, you can open the interface and disable remote access at any time if you no longer need support.
